McEwen, Tenn. – Beginning Monday, March 23, 2020, and following Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidance, Apex Bank will expand drive-thru services for customers at the McEwen location and request customers make an appointment to visit the McEwen office lobby. This decision was made to ensure the safety and well-being of our valued customers and team members in light of the unfolding Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation.
Apex Bank will continue to deliver full banking services by drive-thru access at the McEwen location from 8:30 am – 5:00 pm Monday through Thursday and Friday 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM. The McEwen office will accept meetings with our valued customers by appointment only.
“While we adjust our operation to help our nation face the threat posed by the novel Coronavirus, our team will continue to support customer banking needs by expanding drive-thru hours and temporarily close to the public at our McEwen location,” said Ed Tarpy, Humphreys County President. “In addition to our drive-thru hours and ATM locations, we remind customers that they can enroll on our website and bank virtually anywhere, anytime with Apex Bank’s online banking and mobile banking app.”
Apex Bank also reminds the community to please use caution when accessing emails, as there have been reports of Coronavirus-related phishing emails. Always be aware of e-mails asking you to download programs and do not respond to any e-mail asking you to update your personal information online or through the phone. Apex Bank will never ask you for personal information through e-mail such as account numbers and or passwords.
