Knoxville, TN – Apex Bank has purchased a new campus for its headquarters. Apex Bank, an award-winning $1.2 Billion community bank headquartered in Tennessee, purchased 9721 Sherrill Boulevard in West Knoxville, which previously served as the headquarters of Scripps Networks. Apex Bank will relocate its corporate headquarters and national mortgage-servicing division to the campus.
The sprawling campus is one of the finest office complexes in the region. It consists of approximately 32 acres and has two main buildings: the Knoxville Office Building and the Knoxville Tech Center. The buildings boast 344,500 square feet and include multiple amenities, as well as covered parking for over 600 vehicles. Additionally, the Knoxville Office Building is LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Gold Certified. According to LEED regulator, the U.S. Green Building Council, LEED buildings are, “proven to save money, improve efficiency, lower carbon emissions and create healthier places for people.”
