Chapel Hill, Tenn. – On January 21, 2020, First State Bank of Chapel Hill will re-brand and open under the Apex Bank name. First State Bank of Chapel Hill has been operating as a division of Apex Bank since October of 2013. Bank staff, products, and services will remain unchanged.
